By creating an account or using JuJu Hosting ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate billing information and keep it current.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to host illegal content, distribute malware, send spam, or engage in activity that harms the Service or other customers. We may suspend accounts that violate this policy.
4. Billing
Plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
5. Availability
We work hard to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime, data loss, or third-party services.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated by email or in the panel.
