If you're not happy within your first 30 days, contact us for a full refund of your initial hosting fee — no hard feelings.
After 30 days
Monthly plans are non-refundable after the first 30 days. For annual plans, we may offer a prorated refund of unused full months at our discretion.
Exclusions
Domain registrations, third-party services, and add-ons are non-refundable once provisioned. Refunds are not available for accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations.
